In the beginning was the land, with all our dreams and hopes ahead of us!! Great location, lovely outlook, close to good schools, private access road with only 5 houses. Perfect, except for the slope. We spent the next 18mths trying to figure out how to build an accessible house on a slope within our very tight budget.
